Anti-scaling castable is a low-cement castable made of silicon carbide aggregate, silicon carbide powder, alumina powder, pure calcium aluminate cement, water reducing agent and other materials in a certain proportion. Due to the addition of a large amount of silicon carbide, the silicon carbide in the material oxidizes on the surface under high temperature to form a glaze protective film. When this protective film on the surface is worn away by the continuous friction and scouring, the silicon carbide exposed inside continues to oxidize, and the glaze protective layer is repeatedly formed, thus always having the effect of anti-scaling.



Product application:

Anti-scaling refractory castables are mainly used in the preheater loading slope, ascending flue, decomposition furnace cone and other areas easy to skin in large cement rotary kiln production line.
