Mullite castable is a kind of high-alumina castable made of high quality mullite raw materials and ultrafine powder. Mullite castable is divided into heavy mullite castable (bulk density is 2.3-2.6g/cm3) and light weight mullite castable (bulk density is 0.6-1.6g/cm3) according to the bulk density.



Product application:


Heavy mullite castable has stable high temperature performance,  suitable for working lining of various high temperature industrial furnaces such as hot blast furnaces, rotary kilns, heating furnaces, etc. Light weight mullite castable is widely used in the insulation layer of industrial kilns and furnaces, with small bulk density and low thermal conductivity, and good thermal insulation effect.
