Low cement castable refers to refractory castable with low cement content. The cement content of ordinary refractory castable is generally 15% to 20%, while the cement content of low cement castable is about 5%, and some even reduce to 1% to 2%. The purpose of reducing cement content is to improve the high temperature performance of the castable.


Product application:

 

Low cement castables are suitable for the linings of various heat treatment furnaces, heating furnaces, vertical kilns, rotary kilns, electric furnace covers, blast furnace tapholes, etc.; self-flowing low cement castables are suitable for the linings of integral spray guns for spray metallurgy, the high-temperature wear-resistant linings of petrochemical catalytic cracking reactors, and the outer linings of water-cooling pipes for heating furnaces, etc.
